I have an Electolux dishwasher which the Electrolux people refuse to repair as it has been discontinued! Well if the Electrolux people wont repair it, who will? The IFB people from Sinai Services Andheri Mumbai came to look but could not find out what is wrong. Please help! Trupti 9870687010

Just confirm me whether Godrej GSC 24F2 model of Godrej is still available, if yes how far is it true that it offers 4yrs compressor warranty and 1yr manufacturing warranty. Kindly confirm as fast as possible.
Godrej GSC 24F2 might be available with some dealers. There is a standard warranty of Overall 1 year warranty and 5 Years (1+4 yrs) on the compressor.
I bought Inalsa food processor in Nov 2005 but its not functioning. Please let me know service center in Delhi.

I have purchased an AC from WEATHER COMFORT Enginers (P) Ltd., Faridabad. Since day one AC had developed various problems, but since it was purchased in month of Oct last year & it was beginning of winters, AC was not used. This year when I switched `ON` AC it started giving me problem, I made complaint on phone to the Firm's proprieter Mr Chaudary, after at least 20 Phone calls a mechanic was sent to me but he could not diagnosed the problem After again I pursued then only on 8 th Aug 08 a Service engineer came from Carrier who has diagnosed that one of the Tube was leaking. for repair AC was taken to the Workshop on 10 Aug 08. Since, then my AC is giving continuous trouble as it is not operating its only showing E7 or E6 , a fault code of Low ? High Voltage, though this problem was started after repair, but Mr Chaudhary not got it repaired. Again after lot of persuasion PCB was changed by a second hand repaired PCB which has not solved the problem. On 4th Sept & 1st Oct , again mechanics from the WEATHER COMFORT, FARIDABAD tried to fix the problem but they failed. Now whenever I am contacting him he is blaming Electricity high voltage,Although Voltage is in the range of 210-230Vbefore Stabliser. I am sure he has cheated me by giving a substandard product, now he is not behaving also. I would request you to kindly look into the problem. Regards= A k srivastava= 9810918899.

I bought Godrej fridge on 08/10/2006 by Vijay sales. That was our big mistake. We lodge complaint on 05/09/2008 to Vijay sales for non cooling of fridge, they lodge my complaint no given 0809 MB 051099. Godrej technician visited my office and collected Rs 1120 and assured us that your problem would be solved shortly, and advised me to contact directly Godrej call centre at the no 1800225511 to avoid delay in complaint solution. After that other technician came and told me there is a another problem of non cooling, and he told me that I will give you another quotation and other technician will come and solve the problem. After that no body come to us , then I contacted Godrej call centre they gave us new complaint no 263602 and they also give me a direct contact no of Mr Sachin Bhavsar no 67961355, at this no I think he never sits because I dialed hundred times on this no but there is no reply. Then I was given another no 26825340/ 26823868, both no whenever I dialed got engaged. I am continuously lodging complaint to Vijay sales and Godrej call centre, every time I been assured that today our technician will visit to your office to solve your problem but no body yet come. I do not know what should I do !! Should I have to throw this fridge ! Whether I had done a big mistake to purchase a fridge of Godrej! At last I would say that very very poor service of Godrej costumer care.. With the hope it will repaired today I am finishing my letter. Pawan M Gadodia.

Hi, I purchased the refrigerator 4 years back. I have been complaining to LG for the last 2 years as well. The problem is that the paint on the fridge is coming off all by itself. The first time I complained, LG engineer visited & confd that It was a product issue & most likely the paint was done on a moist panel & thus its coming off. He confd that they would be painting this free of charge. as I did not had a spare fridge & LG also could not provide me with a standby, I confd them to give me sometime so that I can arrange for one. They agreed to the same. Now when I had a standby fridge, LG is not listening to my complaint. They say that I would have to pay now to get it painted. I have talked to several people now & no one seems to understand this. Please look into this & help me to resolve. First complaint date is April 01 (2006). Dear Sir/Madam I am Kailash Joshi, ALOTE, Dist-Ratlam ( M.P.) 07410-230469/230694, Mob-9826614221. I purchased new water purifier product from Eureka Forbes product name is Aquagaurd total RO amounted Rs 14500 including 12.50% vat. The sales person Vijay Parmar - ( Mob-9926417058 ) assured me that new Aquagaurd will be installed in 7 working days .On 21st Apr 2008, I got that machine . But in installation process, it was cleared that the machine was faulty. The person who came for installation forward the complaint and told me that there is small problem leakage of machine and on the next week technician will come and look after this matter. But from that day nobody came. Everyday I call on numbers which is provided . I already forward my complaint on Eureka Forbes Ltd , RATLAM ( M.P.) Dealer- Vitthal Shree Sales & Service (07412-242425 & 9826037202 ) . In this office also I cannot get proper reply from anyone. Mr Vijay Parmar who is working in this office, promised me that you will get replacement, but nobody come and today he is not attending my call. I am completely dissatisfied with the service of the company even after complaining twice and calling up the Pureit helpline for over four days no person has visited the premises, another problem is that the bill was not given at this time and the water is absolutely tasteless. So, I request you to kindly look after this matter and help me to get replacement as early as possible. Thanks.
